What will I need to get started?+

Honestly, very little. A blank journal (or even a piece of paper) and a pen. A quiet space, your presence, and a few minutes for yourself. The intro to the series walks you through everything else.

How long will each practice take?+

The mini masterclasses are short — anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes. The guided journaling experiences take about 10 to 15 minutes. And of course, you're welcome to take your time and linger wherever your heart wants to stay.

Is this just journaling, or is there more to it?+

It's more than journaling. Each practice weaves in meditation, visualization, and gentle nervous-system calming — so by the time you reach the prompts, you're centered, slowed down, and actually able to hear your own inner voice. You'll be writing as I guide you, in a space that feels safe and held.

I've never been able to keep a journal. Will this work for me?+

Yes — this series was built for you. You're guided through every step, so consistency comes from feeling held, not willpower.

Do I need to journal every day?+

No. The practices meets you where you are. A few minutes, a few times a week, is enough.
