A Few Gentle Questions
Honestly, very little. A blank journal (or even a piece of paper) and a pen. A quiet space, your presence, and a few minutes for yourself. The intro to the series walks you through everything else.
The mini masterclasses are short — anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes. The guided journaling experiences take about 10 to 15 minutes. And of course, you're welcome to take your time and linger wherever your heart wants to stay.

Each practice weaves in meditation, visualization, and gentle nervous-system calming — so by the time you reach the prompts, you're centered, slowed down, and actually able to hear your own inner voice.
